Fruit and veg are excellent for youthful complexion as a lot of them contain anti oxidants etc...also the best thing for complexion is water to flush out the toxins and plump up the skin, reducing lines.

the best foods for your skin,(by the way i get compliments on my skin everyday),is salmon, green olives,olive oil, i cook with olive oil and i dont use anything else,water lots of water,and not getting enough sleep at night can make you look tired and old,vitamin-B you get this from the sun or vitamins,but always wear sunscreen,and last you have to invest in a good moisturizer,and cleanser,as well as complexion cream,they all work in conjunction to give you a really nice healthy glow.one more thing you ever notice how you can actually see the pores in your face or ever notice that in others,well to get rid of open pores-you have to wash your face with cold water,see hot water relaxes the pores,but cold water shocks them.it really does work.if you'd like more advice or names of the products i use email me.

I'm always mistaken for a 20 something and have played teenagers in plays!!! I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and cook a lot of foods from scratch. I don't use salt in my cooking or add it to meals. I don't eat meat,poultry or fish but will eat small amouts of cheese and occasional eggs. I use skimmed milk and olive oil margarine!!
