Fruit is good for you, however in excessive quantities it can cause some problems. Too much Vitamin C will give you a sore bum, for example. You could also wear away your teeth if you ate or drank only fruit.

100% fruit juice can be a healthy part of a child's diet. Juice can be a good source of vitamin C, and when fortified with calcium can strengthen a child's bones. But too much juice can cause tummy aches, tooth decay, and perhaps obesity. In addition, kids can fill up on juice and miss other important sources of nutrition. The American Academy of Pediatrics issued recommendations in May 2001. For most children up to age 6, fruit juice should be limited to 4 to 6 ounces per day. For those 7 and over, 8 to 12 ounces per day is a good maximum.

Hi There,
Real fruit juice is good for our body only if taken in small to moderate quantities. Too much of it (like more than 2 servings a day) can be harmful because fruit is basically sugar and too much sugar is not good for the body in any case. FDA suggests taking 2 to 3 serving of fruits each day. So u can consume according to that.
Real vegetable juice is really good, though. We need about 6 servings of fresh vegetables and greens per day and drinking a cup of vegetable juice gets you on your way to that. However, the necessary plant fibre that is found in cooked vegetables is lost in the juice.
So..go ahead and choose what's right for you.. Good luck!!

No natural fruit juce is not harmful at all.
I love making fresh juice you can add almost any fruit or vegetable you like.
A t least you know what is in the juice, as for juice we buy is made from additives and god knows what else so do not worry it is safe.

Excess of everthing is bad.Moreover why throw away the ruffage which is very vital part of the fruit and is necessary for the bowel movement.

not at all. your body may have difficulty digesting it at first because most people aren't accustomed to the purity, but I make fresh fruit juice all the time!!! Try pineapple, kiwi, strawberry, and carrot!!! mmmmmmmmmm yummy
