You start off really subtle with a smile, and then progress it with a bigger smile and then a hello, and then a wink, and then if you are a good talker then get chatting and just say oh you look nice, and eventually it should progress and if you want to something more.
Good look with your flirting! if you get flirting back, that is one of the indications she likes you or them! lol depending on how many women you want to flirt with.

First I believe that you have to see if there is some intrest from her part, then approach with something as simple as a hello. From her reaction you will be able to tell on how to proceed next. Women all deserve some kind of respect, they dont like being approached like they are just sex machines, sure they like and want sex just as much as everybody, but they would like to know first if you are of intrest to them. Try having a disscussion with them like you would your bestfriend from school, open up with your opinions about everything, try to make her laugh, be yourself. There is nothing worst than tring to pretend you are someone else all the time, it will get tiring and it will come to an end as fast it started. What you are looking for they are also looking for, may it be a relationship sex or just a friend, we all basicly have the same thoughts racing threw our heads, but we are scared to open up due to the fact that we dont want to be judged. We all want to be happy, we all want to have great sex, we all like extremes. We all have to stop thinking is it just me??

sorry i dont understand the ques if u meant how as a girl do you flirt then just smile and compliment them but if you mean how do flirt with a girl dont show off just be yrself and tell how pretty she looks
