Try Raven Hall, at Ravenscar, which has the most amazing views of Robin Hood's Bay. I don't know if it's 5 star, but I had a lovely romantic night there with my husband, several years ago. According to the website, it's been done up since then, so can't be too bad. It's reasonably priced, the food was excellent, and I remember sitting outside, watching the sun set over Robin Hood's Bay, and having a waiter bring our drinks out to us in the garden on a silver salver. Absolutely magical.
You will need a car to drive from York, though!
