repeating my same answer what i have given u in one of ur other question...but how about blood sugar levels....get it checked ....its important.try different things in dinner....eat less....try some sort of fibre ..avoid bread at night ....

Yes most definitely there is a big connection between constipation and headaches...When food is not digested properly which could be due to many reasons and is sitting in stomach, it produces gases which travel to head causing headaches...and these can be really bad headaches...mostly it hurts near abouts both temples.

you must have noticed many times that when suffering from headaches due to constipation and as soon as you go to toilet ,,headache is gone too.....or excuse me to say that when you have released gases through fart...headache gets bit relieved.

What my remedy for my self is that i take heavy dose of magnesium 1000 mg which comes along with calcium in form of tablets. should be a product of a good company....very soon food is digested , constipation gone , heaviness of stomach is gone,,,,and so does the headache....it will also give u some loose motion which clears ur entire tummy....of toxins sitting in there.

until u can try magnesium which is very good for ur health in particular heart....next time u feel upset tummy try....a glass of cold milk with sugar.....u will find relief....

I wonder if you are in India! Anyway, please go to a park nearby your place in the early morning. Walk barefoot on the grass for five minutes. The chill goes throughout your body and upto the brain. This relaxes the brain to a great extent.

Sit on the grass with the folded legs, Padmasanam, facing east and do "Pranayamam" for five minutes.

Please note the following formula:

Black Pepper 100 gms
Dry Ginger (Soant or Sukku) 050 gms
Turmeric whole 025 gms
Tulsi leaves 005 nos.

Powder the above and boil it in a glass of water to the full extent i.e. till you get the bubbles and let this boiling stage remain for three minutes. Take a quarter glass of this every morning in an empty stomach.

Your head ache will go away very shortly.

Lack of oxygen? Open the window all night.
Your neck in an angle. Use a better pillow.
You can have a food allergy. Peppermint and pears give me headache. Try to find out what food or drink or combination it is. Start with water and bread.
I hope you find the reason. Be healthy!

How is your blood pressure? Waking up with a headache on a regular basis could be a sign of high blood pressure. You need to get that checked, and treated if it is high.

Your vision may also be changing, causing headaches, but you would probably wake up without one, then get one as the day goes on.

I cant answer your question but if you find a real good logical answer let the millions of sufferers out there know. I too have the same problem and have had for years, tried everything and nothing seems to provide any relief.
Good luck to you.
