I'm pretty phobic about Muslim Homophobes too so does that also make me an atheist Muslim Homophobephobe or am I not phobic at all because all these people really do want to repeal my civil eqaulity and many of them would very much like to do me harm.

I'm definitlley not a Christophobe because I don't have belief in Christ or fear of Christ for this reason, I am however a Christ skeptic definitely.

Your fear of the religion is not irrational thus it is not a phobia. The religion has a long track record of hate and your fear is rational. Just do not let the fear consume you.
