I want to loos some weight but I still dont know what is most important?
Is it best to not to eat or just to force myself on training program...

from what i know, you should not stop eating or even stop eating carbohydrates food. despite the fact that it is a useful method, it is bad for health. so instead, keep this in mind. eat a little lesser than usual and do a little more exercise at a time. although this could be a long process, it will help in the long run. if you are aiming for a flat tummy, try belly dancing. Workout if you starve yourself it becomes harder to lose weight. and eat fruits and vegetables. work out in the morning before your hungry because you will use your body's fat for energy but if you are hungry is not a good idea to work out. never ever work out on an empty stomach. also in the first 20 min. of workout you use your recent food intake for energy but if you continue to work out even longer you use the store fat as energy. eat good meals don't cheat your body out when its hungry.you can do weight training to gain strength or you can do a cardiovascular like running, jogging, Yoda, you tend to breath more helping your lungs become stronger. and no smoking. if you do smoke reduce, it will not help you to lose weight. also don't eat much starch food like pasta or bread in the morning or lunch but eat it for dinner before bed time and its a good idea to have a multivitamins. its a good idea cause you many reduce of some nutrition when your on a diet. and you need calcium
