I have no clue I have never heard of milk. When I lived in New York a hair stylist told me Miracle Whip doesn't only do wonders for your sand-which, but for your hair. It makes it stronger, shiny, and puts healthy oils in your hair, like conditioner

I know coconut milk is good to hair and to your scalp... It treats dandruff and makes your hair shine.
