split up with fella over a week ago now and i still feel like ive been run over by a train? anyone know when this will begin to get easier? i need a cuddle!!

well it depends on how long u were with him and how close u guys where. it takes a different amount of time for each person but normally it will take about 3 or 4 weeks. my advice just get a good network of friends and start hanging out all the time so u can get ur mind off of him.

Usually its a month, give or take a week. To help it go away, you should :
Spend $1000 in one month at your favorite bar, meet someone new, hold your head up high, eat well, kick bad thoughts out of your head,go on a vacation to some distant charming country, do some yoga, buy yourself some new clothing, remove things that remind you of the person.

Gosh.... here's a cuddle...Xoxo .......Time...... will lesson your pain I suppose and you need to also make a decision that it's really over.... and accept and appreciate that ' sucky ' ... feeling.....for now..... and when you are truly ready to let go.....that feeling will leave... and just become a memory....... my advice 2 u is...go 4 a long weekend...pampar urself...do what u love 2 do....hope it will ease the pain a bit.....i went thgru the same experience...it has been 6 yrs..but the train runs over me daily!!!!
