Whether they are tagged or not depends on the judge. The curfew would be imposed in the same way it was before tagging i.e. if they were seen out during those hours they would be arrested.

Electronic tagging for curfew is not used on all offenders given bail with conditions that include curfew.

no it`s the other way round all ofenders who are tagged are on a curfew but you can be on a curfew without a tag

if they have had a curfew a feww times previous and have kept breaching it then they may get one. Or it depends on what they have done to get the curfew

Yeh I would guess they would have to wear a tag, if not you would have to rely on the Police to catch them out, which would never happen!

they dont have 2 no, basically if the crime is serious then they will and if its not a serious crime them some1 from d police force or securitas will go the persons house 2 make sure they are there, or they have 2 phone in.

not as far as i know it is upto the guardians or thier own judgement to whether they are in on time.
