As much as i can you have my empathy .i am a guy so it would be hard for me to imagine what you are going thru but it must be aweful .
What you are going thru may or may not be related to the concept of female circumsision . Many women who have NOT had female circumcsion have difficulty reaching orgasm .Most westerners myself included are freaked out about the concept of female circumcision and think it should outlawed or discontinued..
Buy books on how to achive orgasm for women there out there.Talk to women who have difficulty getting an orgasm . Maybe even use toys.
Try these supplements, fenugreek , low dose tribulus , goat weed , damina and arginine alfa ketaglutarate (aakg)
Stay away from yohimbe , if you use tribulus lowest posseble dose and be aware many companys will make tribulus blends and goat weed blends so stick to the pure nonblended stuff first and read the label . I cant stress enough stay away from yohimbe .

i would say... why not?
i know women who have been circumsized since a very young age and they've had orgasm.... being circumsized doesnt prevent you from feeling pleasure.
The reason it is widely practised by a lot of cultures is because that it is believed to be away to remove dirty stuff from the area... to prevent future sexual health problems.
