You are so not alone. I'm 22 and have never been in a relationship for the same reason. I just can't seem to like someone so much that I could see a future with him. I know I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a mate, and that's perhaps one reason why I'm araid to fall in love lest the man is less than "perfect" for me. To be honest, I'm not looking for perfection, and I'm not perfect one bit; but, I want someone who is RIGHT for me. And, when you keep thinking like this, it's difficult to make a commitment.
Been there, and still doing that!
Let's just hope that true love will find us, eventually.......LOL.

You were probably hurt very deeply in your previous relationship. You just don't trust guys period and so you generalise the male species and just stay away from them. Which is wrong by the way. There are pretty good guys out there and they are willing to give things a try with you if your ready to let them into your heart. You cannot expect someone else to love you if you don't love yourself. Another reason for being sceptical is maybe that you are afraid of rejection and you are unlovable. Well, here is news for you. You can fall inlove and you can be inlove. Here's how. Love like your heart has never be broken. If it should be broken again avoid making the same mistakes again, dust yourself off and try again. Everybody can find love, it's just that love does not know how to read the damn map. So be patient. Maybe you are not ready to commit. I swore up and down after I divorced that I would never make that mistake again, after 10 years of not committing to anyone, I have found my soul mate and I am in love and committed.

being in love is one of the best feelings in the world but once that love is gone it is the worse feeling in the world all you need to do is find the right person to love. you have a hard time commiting because you are afraid of getting hurt. you will never find true love if you never commit to somebody

ive been there but at some point you just have to let yoself go and fall in love.ofcourse you may get hurt but love is a beautiful thing.pple think that a relationship is easy but it takes work and some feelings are just scary yu want to run.but try it ,just let go.whoever yu think yu like just tell them how yu feel even if yu think yu r overdoing it coz yu will be surprised.yu might neva look bak ..the point is if yu dont try yu will neva know.yu may think yu dont need that but we all know that when all the other pple cuddle up..yo friends and yo family...it can be a lonely world out there.

It could be b/c you aren't ready yet. Your brain might want to commit but your heart doesn't. When you find the right person, you won't think twice.
