If it's a fairly recent filling, go back to the dentist that did it and tell him he'd better fix it for free!

Try to redo with a composite resin fillings which are a mixture of powdered glass and plastic resin, and can be made to resemble the appearance of the natural tooth. They are strong and durable and cosmetically superior to silver or dark grey colored amalgam fillings. Composite resin fillings are usually more expensive than silver amalgam fillings but lasts upto 10 years.

Go to the dentist. Probably will have to be removed and redone. Don't wait to get it fixed, this type of thing only gets worse with time and could do irreparable damage to the tooth.

Replace it. Next question?
Maybe the filling broke because it's really too big and you need an inlay or a crown.

Have to go back to dentist, no other way around it, sorry. not to do so will cause greater damage to tooth. food and other particles will get in there and cause more damage and decay. otherwise it could cause you to have to get a root canal and those are horrible!!
