Digestive Wellness - Elizabeth Lipski, and Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine -Murray and Pizzorno, both have an excellent chapter on how to eat for optimal health and wellness. EONM also has a good chapter on how to lose weight in a safe and healthy way.

There isnt realy such a thing as a propper diet i dont think i think the best thing is to eat breackfast, lunch and tea but not skip meals that makes you put on weight all to quickly

U are %'3 and weigh 60 Kgs, What is your age buddy, that will make all the difference. However u want to have a healthy diet, Go straight to ur doctor and check ur BMI. Then follow his instructions. Please do not follow anybody's advice. It is ur health and follow proffessional advice.
