eat a healthy breakfast, and do regular exercise such as tai chi, yoga and pilates they are very good ways in improving concentration i've done yoga and it has improved my concentration so much, i'm now a meditation finatic, i love to relax and open up my mind listening to some meditation music, i find that you have to have a break from all the busy things you do in life. Find yourself some time to meditate, trust me, it will work for you in more ways than one. =)

take a white sheet of paper. draw a small green dot on it with a sketch pen or something. sit at a normal dist from it, and keep looking at it. till ur eyes become watery.
do this twice a day. this improves concentration and helps maintain eyesight.
