If you're wanting to convert your music files, you can use Audacity Music Editor - its free! Another good one is Acoustica mp3 to wav Converter. You can use the trial version and convert 8 songs. Convert them either to mp3 to wav, or wav to mp3.

get "goldwave".. its a good program. i use for all my audio purposes. u can separate out the audio of a video file using this.
