am going on a long bike trip what should i wear

Something comfortable, and that allows your skin to breathe. You also want lots of padding, but make sure your shorts are clean so as to avoid infection. Maybe think about a few pairs of shorts and change thenm regularly. You also want to be prepared for all eventualities - so pack warm clothes and something waterproof.

Make sure the clothing you have is going to be comfortable. A good pair of bike shorts and jersey instead of pair of shorts and t-shirt. Be sure to get some balm for your fellas. You don't want to chafe down there it could make for a miserable trip.
