Develop and gain the habits of being strong, confident, and self-reliant.
Involve yourself in public speaking, mingling with people, and ascertain your presence in all gatherings.
Be More Extrovert than Introvert.
Try to see men as Men, and ladies as LADIES, instead of just as SEX objects.
Try to control your drinking / drug habits, if you have any. Too Much Excess of anything will just ruin you whole.
Even breathing exercises and little yoga (from proper instructors / guides), or sincere prayer may help you.

This may be a cliche, but it is true that BEING YOURSELF is still the best way to show acceptance, and this creates sex appeal. Good grooming is important, but the sex appeal is not there without inner peace and some confidence that you are OK with yourself.

Dont wash too much or you will remove your body's natural odour which is the source of sex appeal. Don't overdo this of course, but it is a good idea to have had your last shower at least 3 hours before you see the person, and do not by any means use deodorant.

Ignore women, not too much but don't hang on them. Some how that works and don't smell like Old Spice.
