OK, He/She has bad nightmeres and you take her to a psychytrist and she tells her that her passed away loved one talks to her in her sleep making her feel good, And they ship he/he to this Mental Health Hospital. The Psychitryst said that this could lead to ( Anything you now there corrupt ) And you come in there for a visit and he/she comes to you crying and gives you a death grip. And then you noticed the bruse's and cuts where they had abused her, an you say " Honey i love you these guys are full of it " And she smiles and you pick he/she up. And Start to carry her out of the building, Then the medical staff comes and rips you and your child to the floor giving you both a seditive and put BOTH OF YOU into suclusion. And leaves you there for over 5 Hours. They finally let you out and then you beat the liveing h*** out of them. Then you knock down the door and go running outside to the police station, And then she is unadmitted as are you. So what would you do?

Where do you live? Usually there are legal steps that need to be taken to have one comitted. If you voluntary had your child checked into that place, you should have been able to leave with him/her. Before I took any legal action, I would go to another physician and have your child properly diagnosed and treated.
I sounds as if you left some information out of your story. Try giving a few more details and your location please.
The best of luck to you and your family.

The child was more likely in protective custody and the mother was not allowed to take child and the clues of abuse may have been over rated what year did this happen?? because they just don't sedate people on a whim much less visitors of the client also if she beat the xxxx out of them when she got out she would just end up in jail maybe the mom was the psycho and not the child i guess any one could question this off the wall story i don't believe it at face value or really at all

Hi you had the right to be worried about your childs Mental Health
Don't get me wrong most people would but its not a Mental Illness no im not crazy. They have been doing studies on it at the Auckland University New Zealand there are some people that are sencetive to spirits, some hear them, feel them see them and some dream. But personally I find that if I move my bed somewhere else in my room the dreams go away.
And as for the hospital prats take them to the cleaners.
You were thinking in the best interest of your child they were ment to be there to help. "FIRST DO NO HARM"

I would have you arrested for assault. It sounds to me like they were just trying to protect your child from an unstable parent. You were a prime example of an unstable parent when you attacked medical personnel instead of finding a non-violent solution to your problem. There are obviously two sides to every story.

What country are you in? I can't believe this stuff still happens. I'd find a really good lawyer and sue the Hell out of them. I'd also press charges with the police. That is insane.

oh this dosent sound good. Surley they carn't give the parent/adults a sedative, they havent done anything wrong really. i would react in the same way. except i would ahve lost it a bit more and fought back as hard as i could. It sounds as the psyc unit is a bit bent. i would seek legle action
