Ok well we are going to the movies in a few days if some of my friends, and so is my crush comin. Everytime we go to the movies he put his arm around me and stuff but then again there's this other girl who keeps provoking him so he is like flitacious to bothg of us....so the next time in the movies what should i do ?

Sounds like he expressed his crush to this other girl and may just be a little shy in making a move on your, so maybe that's why this other girl is provoking him to basically do something to let you know how he feels. Just pull him to the side away from everyone and ask him how he feels about you. Maybe he will then feel a bit more comfortable about expressing his feeling for you if you two are alone.

Make a move, one of you is going to have to eventually.If you wait, and the other girl beats you too it, or give him suttle little hints. A man loves it when a woman shows him she interested, but dont come off as needy. After the movie, tell him you had fun and should hang out again soon and give him your phone #. That will be a solid sign.

Take over the court and make you move. But dont be too rowdy because if he is only flirting then and you go all out then you would have made an *** of yourself so just make a smart clean sweet tempting break. Women are good at that.
