I couldn't agree more it's a pity to see people acting on indoctrination rather then intellect and reason ... they have good input in part but lack the sense to separate the good from the bad through analytical thinking ... people with good minds should not eat the magical spiritual elixir with out first filtering out the impurities...... no offense but i sympathize...........and political sheep are much more stupid rather than brainwashed at birth which is ignorant and emotional but not exactly stupid.Try and give a life saving blood transfusion to a dying Scientology's!

Simply believing in a God --- "Theism" --- is fine because it doesn't "divide" one from other humans or the cosmos as a whole; believing in religion, on the other hand, means choosing a specific "belief system" with narrow ideas, and that is how one ends up separating oneself from other people and the oneness of the universe itself.

Hey! I believe that it is too comical for you,atheists to discuss something that you don't believe in. You continually hang in a section where there's people who You say believe in "imaginary things". That's all you seem to talk about,questions others about and focus on. Even scientists are puzzled by the universe, life and everything else. Are you gonna make fun of them too? I don't mind people who believe in god. Let them, if it helps them. I just don't want them cramming their beliefs down my throat! Or feeling smug about their ticket to heaven. Oh, and killing each other over semantics!!

Yes, you are right. Special people that have beliefs are stupid, and dont know anything us smart people do about life. They just think they do. Although, I doubt they like to be called stupid. But thats because they don't know any better.
