My cats first shots were $80, at 6 months I had him neutered, $60...vet said if he was female would have cost $85 for spayed.

It really depends. I paid £60 for my cat's first injections (two sets)and to have her wormed, then it's £27.50 each year after that. To have my female neutered it was £60, and for a male it is £45.
I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, but I'd been at that vet with my previous cat, who had to be put down, when I was living with my Mum, and they were really good, so I think if there is a vet you've been to in the past and feel comfortable with it makes a huge difference as you feel more relaxed handing over you're pet to them.
If you're in Britain, you might qualify for help from the PDSA though depending on your circumstances, so ask your vets about that.

All depends on the vetinary clinic to be honest!

We paid £75 each for the full amount of injections then it is £50 for the yearly booster (incredibly expensive as we have 3 cats!).

Our eldest cat was already spayed when we got her but the 2 little ones cost us £150 for them both to be spayed altho i know it is a lot cheaper to have males done!

Depend on where u are.
first injections are around $60 ... boosters after the initial injections are a lot lower
spaying $100
neutering $80

Animal shelters may do it for less

NB Aussie prices and an estimate. My cats had subsidised spaying or were already desexed because I adopted them from an animal shelter and my dogs had already been desexed because they came from an animal shelter

Around £43 for the full course of injections. So £21.50 for the first one. As for spaying it depends on where you live. Most local councils have a scheme to get people to spay their animals. If your council has one of these then around £20. If not then a phone call to any local vet would help as they can usually tell you over the phone so you can plan when you want to have it done

here in Portland Oregon I had my male neutered for $30.00 and that included his first rabies shot. Spaying for female cost more than that... BUT prices differ a lot among vets, so... do what I did - call around and take quotes. Many vets offer a package deal that is very reasonable - I mean, neutering and shots

it depends where you live, if you live in the west midlands this is a good clinic to go to very cheap.

male cat neutered £18
female cat £25

full course in injections £35

Do a search for vets in your local area, ring round and compare prices

if you are in benefits, the RSPCA & cats protection can help with nutering your cat, but not vaccinations

Phone around the vets in your area and get the prices from them, they differ quite a lot from vet to vet.
