That's like asking, "How high is up?" It depends on the burner. It could be anything from a few cm to several meters.

Ask how long would you like it to be, and design your burner to give you that. I have seen what the burners in a Hydrogen furnace look like when on and the flame is at least 20 feet tall.

It depends on how high you turn it to... If on full it would be 1 in 49/64...
