Does he have custody rights to see him? Is so you have to let him see your son, if he doesn't. There is nothing stating you have to let him see the boy, so then don't if you don't feel hes safe.

Be independent, not dependent. Raise your son, leave the drama to the baby's daddy and his new girl. If there are no other adults in this situation, you be one. In this day and time, with all types of "nuts", baby girl, don't even trust your baby's daddy. You say he don't love you, which does not mean he doesn't love his child, but anyone who would speak of killing their child is (in my book) a "nut". I am not saying it is going to be easy, but you will make it, with (maybe) or without (more than likely), your baby's daddy and you won't be the first to do this and you won't be the last, but don't be a statistic. If you can, please, separate you and your baby from your baby's daddy and his new family. That woman is not his mother and should something happen to him whether it be at the hands of the baby's daddy or the baby's daddy new girlfriend, you won't forgive yourself. as long as you think your child is in danger of being harmed he shouldn't be allowed to see your son. your son's father should really take a second to think things through. your son should be his first priority not some skank who is having a baby by another guy. he's stupid if he doesnt realize that he's making a mistake by choosing her over your son. oh and also maybe you can get a restraining order against her so she wont be allowed to be near your son.. or another great idea.. your ex can come see your son at your house under your supervision.. that way you will know that whore isn't around.

maybe he really love the girl coz even she is pregnant not with him she want to stay with her, about to see. its his right to see ur kid/baby but according to the law the baby must stay with his/her mother till right age come......
