I live in a place called Australia. Its not America. When its night time in America, its day time in Australia. Thats why i am up.

I enjoy this quiet time of the night, without interruption. It is rather delicious. I eat late. Watch some favorite TV. And sometime work through the night getting things done around my apartment. Great time to do Internet. By the way it is only 1:12 here on west coast.

On top of going clubbing tonight, I'm mildly manic, a state called called hypomania. This tends to kill most of my sleep, and it's been almost a week since I've slept more than an hour or two a night. Fortunately, dancing has made me tired enough that I think I'll be able to get to bed shortly.

Your insomnia is a problem at night . But now it is day time , it doesn't affect you at all .

Well, most likely it's because my bloodstream is in the vicinity of 70% caffeine right now. That, and the fact that all day long, I'm surrounded by people, and late at night I get the chance to enjoy time alone.

i stayed with mother for nine months till the cancer went to her brain and i put her in the hospital to die cause i had a break down and i listened for her so long and so intensely.. i still listen for he r and she is dead, and i take sleeping pills. i get depressed and cry and all that. so i am awake. try excersize. no caffeine. try some Valerian root.drink lots of water.try when you lay down to sleep that you give it all away, your worries and problems, just let them go. like Scarlett O'Hara said, i will worry about that tomorrow.

the hospital has to have people like me that are crazy enough to stay up all nite-but i've always been a night person and i get paid extra for it so i don't mind....
