Saw this exercise on tv. They said if you stand with your feet apart and tighten your butt and hold it for 10 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds and continue to do this that it will give you a nice round shape to your butt.
Does it really work?

Um, Isometric contractions when done properly can have benefits, but if you're really interested in toning your butt, try the following:

*squats
*butt lifts
*rear kicks
*deep lunges

Sorry, there's just no easy way to tone the buns. Even with isometrics, you must work hard to see results.

Don't do it eberyday either. Do it a couple times a week. 3 days rest in between. I do it during lecture.

YES.do it 25-60reps though.try to do more if you can.
