I'm a Muslim and I think that who uses abusive language are not true Christians neither are they good Atheist. They are people who have heard some thing somewhere about Islam and they carry hate against this religion based on what they have heard. So it is normal that a person who has not being bought up well to use such languages when he talks about something he hates.

It probably has something to do with the Iraq war/terror. I recently talked to a Christian who used Islam in a sort of derogatory way but I don't blame him, I chalk it up to a generalization of Middle Easter religions that go a bit on the fascist side. I think all religious views should be tolerated, but with current events it is hard to understand if the problems exist with muslims, shi'its, shunnis, shi's, so if a generalization is used I am ok with that, but I try not to judge someone unless I really know that what they do is wrong. For example, suicide bombers are wrong because their actions are extreme, so their beliefs is a null point since they are willingly killing other people and in a cowardly way also killing themselves.

I disagree. Why would anyone be jealous of Islam? What you consider to be jealousy I see as contempt. Consider the following:

SCRIPTURE:

FACT: THE QUR'AAN's EXISTENCE WAS AFTER THE TECHNOLOGY OF WRITTING WAS INVENTED. Believer's of the Qur'aan and Islam think the errors in the Bible prove it is not the Word of Allah. Nothing is further from the truth. The technology of writing didn't exist in the time when stories of salvation history were unfolding. So, naturally there are errors since the oral tradition existed before the invention of writing.

The Bible is not 100% accurate but, there are some things to take into consideration before declaring the Bible an invalid source to believe in. You ask a lot of good questions.

There are some problems with the Bible and errors. Please remember, the Old Testament was passed down by oral tradition before the technology of writing was available. Compared to the Quran which existed long after the technology for writing was invented. So, yes there are grammatical errors.

Secondly, there are different ways to interpret based upon the "literary forms" of writers. Depending whether it is in a historical context, prophetic, poetry, or some other type of literary form. I believe Jesus Christ IS THE WORD of God. The Bible is written by people inspired by God.

If you took a Bible course and discovered what SCRIPTURAL TYPOLOGY is you would be amazed. If you knew what SALVATION HISTORY was in the Bible you would understand. If you recognized DIVINE AUTHORITY you would know that there has to be someone in authority to reveal the "secret" truths God has given. If you research all those phrases you will begin a journey of discovery that will last a life time.

We have a saying in Catholicism: the New Testament is hidden in the Old and the Old is revealed in the New. There are many mysteries contained in the Bible that I have been amazed at discovering for the past 20 years and there is a whole lot more. St. Jerome said: Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ. The whole Bible is about our SALVATION: Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament about the Messiah you can discover 50 of them in cd's IT IS WRITTEN.

WHEN YOU HAVE BEGUN TO DISCOVER THESE THINGS YOU WILL KNOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY MAN. Jesus (a historical figure along with others in the Bible that are not fictitional characters) by fulfilling just 50 prophesies makes the odds of doing that 10X135 power! An astronomical figure that could not have been achieved by human means.

Jesus Christ only lived 33 years, never went more than 30 miles from his home during his ministry, never wrote a book, never was on tv, never made a cd or any multimedia source and YET

-- Jesus Christ has influenced the world more than any person;

-- Jesus Christ's existence separates history (ac-after Christ or bc-before Christ);

-- Jesus Christ has more books written about him than any person in history;

-- Jesus Christ is the Ruler of the largest religion in the world;

-- Jesus Christ had 11 apostles and numerous martyrs die excruciating deaths believing in the Messiah, the Son of God;

-- Jesus Christ as the promised messiah fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament. Just fulfilling 50 makes the odds of doing so 10X135 power, an astronomical number. No human being has ever fulfilled so many prophesies about them, not even Moses!

In short, Jesus Christ has accomplished things NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS DONE in the entire history of mankind. If anyone thinks Jesus Christ is JUST A GOOD TEACHER they are very unrealistic by making such a huge understatement.

So, why would anyone be jealous of Islam. In my opinion your question is not based in reality. If anything people are gaining contempt, not jealousy, for Islam

If a group of people are acting based on mysticism and using force to further their insane cause, they must not be tolerated by any civilized society based on reason and fair trade. Muslims, all religions, war-lords, dictators, thieves and beggars alike, must be wiped from the earth so that CIVILIZATION can flourish unhindered.

To that lady down there: you've offered nothing to refute the facts. You can say women are queens in Islamic countries and nothing in American but it isn't true at all. All religions are forceful and abusive. They have to be because there are no empirical facts to back them up.
