1 Lentils and rice
Soak 1cup lentils, add one cup rice, saute a small onion, boil it altogether in about 3 cups water. This is great for iron, especially if you add a side of salad that is topped with a lemon based dressing. or offer a tangerine for dessert.
2 Tofu treats
Slice tofu into 1/2 cm thick slices and fry in a frying pan, dip in soy sauce mixed with a bit of water to reduce the salt and a few drops of sesame oil
3.Fruit salad
Soak some crushed almonds in water, peel and finely chop some fruits of your choice, after the crushed almonds soak for an hour or somix with the fruits and add a little cranberry juice
Juice is too sweet for some parents to give their kids, but I figure cranberry is okay since it prevents UTIs.
4 Mixed grain or wild rice
Prepare as you normally would, but add raisins and crushed nuts to give it a bit of a sweet taste and make the chewing worth the effort, since babies hate chewing fibrous foods.

depending on how well your child can chew or eats. Here are some good ones. 1 can of broccoli cheese soup 1 cup minute rice and chopped frozen broccoli. in a small casserole dish add the minute rice. add the frozen broccoli and add the broccoli cheese soup with 1/4 cup milk or water. bake for 20 minutes. Modified Veg soup. 1/2 cup of carrots 1/2 cup of potatos diced small 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 beans (green or any type you eat) and peas. add 2 cups of V8 juice and cook until all vegs are tender. (store brand of V8 juice is ok too) this has so many good juices and is very nutrious. Also for variety. I buy the morningstar crumbles(soy and veg product that looks like and tastes like ground beef)no meat and i make spagetti with it and soups and even tacos. My granddaughter who is 19 months old likes it in spagetti and veg soup also.I dont know if your strickly vegtables only and no pasta or breads so i can not really add to many more to this.If you use cheese you can make a really good shepards pie with the morning star crumbles the baby would like. you take mashed potatos and add 1/2 milk and 1 tablespoon butter and i use 1/2 cup bisquick mix this all together in a bowl. brown the soy meat and add a dash of onion powder and a pinch of salt. add 1/2 cup beef bullion or packaged gravy mix (dont worry the gravey mix has no meat in it) and 1/cup of vegtables peas or green beans. In a pan or casserole put half the mashed potato mixture. put the meat on top of that and then add a layer of vegtables. Then put the remaining potato mixture on top and bake untill top is golden brown. My grand kids love this its nutrious and not fattening and no meat is in it they think there is but its all soy and veg.

it style of feels to be in accordance to an early Tribulation Epistle, which Peter is (a million puppy a million). he's addressing this to the "strangers" and that could want to bypass with those Rev 7 100 and forty four,000. right here Peter is exhorting them by the witness of Christ at the same time as He became contained in the flesh (human flesh - no longer the body he's in now - you're version has it incorrect) that as He suffered and went by it, then you fairly could also go by this time of Tribulation. in case you undergo in recommendations that the Books taking off with Hebrews is written in case you're dealing with the Tribulation and the delivery pangs of the Millennium then it really is going to change right into a lot less mysterious.

whatever she will eat.... kids that age are notorious for being picky, so what she will willingly put in her tummy will nourish her.
