Here's a couple of websites that might help, if you don't have regular weights just use household items like an empty milk jug partially filled with water to add weight or 16oz water bottles. Use your imagination, alot of things can be useful. Good Luck and don't expect results overnight, it takes time but it does work.

If youre thin everywhere else, you may just be genetically predisposed to flabby arms. If youve really tried everything else, spot lippo might be worth looking into.

suggest using small weights, look for a gym near you or look for exercises on the net. if you google "exercises for the arms with weights", you shoudl get some good sites :)

You have to lose overall body fat- there is no such thing as spot reduction.
