Yes it is. Replace the energy drinks with water, and ease off the valium.

Isn't the answer obvious ?

It would be better not to--but its probably not going to kill you.

The thing about energy drinks is really just caffeine. They have been trying for years to prove caffeine is harmful. Millions have been spent on research since the assumption is it must be. There is no evidence it is. But it does cause dependency.

Valium causes dependency. But it is not really as wicked as people (including a lot of doctors) think. The stuff is not Meth. Yeah--it would be a lot better not to take it. But unless you are increasing your doses as time goes by--its not a real big deal But it would be a whole lot better not to have it.

The real big problem with valium is its effects during the day. If you are not taking it then this may not be a problem--though there may be lingering effects. It effects judgment and coordination--people get in accidents and do stupid things--much like alcohol--but you do not really realize you are under the influence as readily as you do with booze.

There is a good chance if you cut back on the energy drinks you wouldn't need the valium or vice versa. That would be a win-win strategy.

Who wants to be dependent on crap if they can avoid it?

Resident_Psychic you're kidding right? NO, STOP RIGHT NOW. What you are doing is taking uppers and downers. It's a bad cycle and you will end up cutting your life span down. **** the pills and **** the drinks. What you should be doing is relying on your own ability to sleep and if you must BE RESTLESS, just try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. It will take time to get off of all the drugs you've put in your system. STOP NOW, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND HEALTH. I don't care if you choose my answer all I hope is that you make the decision that is better for your body. It isn't healthy...you should be able to do it by yourself, get a damn alarm clock, stand up in class, drink a warm glass of milk before bed...anything else...

What is unhealthy is to rely on Valium to sleep at night. This is a dependency.

Yes.

You need to consult a psychiatrist and treat the underlying problem. No healthy individuals need valium or energy drinks. You may have Clinical Depression or Anxiety disorders.

not really, you are speeding up your system during the day and slowing it down at night.. if you get enough sleep you'll automatically have more energy. suggest you start there, and wean yourself off artificial methods...
