throw some butter in a frying pan, not too much tho
if the sauce was marinara, put a bit in, and then plop the cold leftover in and stir up, bingo
if it was cream based, just put in the cold leftovers into the butter, then whammo
buon appetite

Do not microwave! Place it in a pan and cook it stove top, and depending on just how much is left add a small amount of water for a little for a lot you may need to add a cup of water or even more. Stir, but not too much, you'll break up the pasta. Hope this helps. You might also need to re-season due the the liquid incorporated during the cooking time.

Use a tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan over a low flame, or in metal container with a teaspoon of water in a toaster oven at 350^ for 5-8 minutes.

You could put it in a microwave container, add a little milk and butter, and just let it heat up just enough to make it warm or hot. My husband puts plastic over the bowl, but I prefer to not use plastic wrap, due to it being possibly cancer causing. I would do that rather than cooking it, etc.

Boil a few tablespoons of water in a small pan (the quantity of water really depends on the amount of leftover fettuccine).
Add your fettuccine, spread carefully and cover with lid. Heat to desired thickness.

I just add a small amount of water (a teaspoon or so), heat in the microwave at (depending on the amount of course), say, 45 seconds on high, stir it, see how hot is seems, and zap it again at 30 seconds/high until its hot. Covering it over helps keep the moisture in.

set the micro to re-heat and cover the fettuccine in a micro wave save container a couple of minutes is all u should need as micro waves cook mostly by heating the fluids to steam don't nuke the hell out of it or u will have to add sauce season and cheese like I do when I warm over my home made fettuccine to exquisite culinary delight....
