it also aches real bad at times

your head has fallen down low.that is why you think your shoulder is close to your elbow. you are very very sleepy very sleepy close your eyes, you are going to count from ten to one.no. honestly. you should stop eating ALL sweets.its a touch of osteoarthritis.and also eating no white flour products. pain will be gone in a few days.are weeks .really. try it.if it gets worse go to a doctor or emergency room

Depends on how you got it weak in the first place. If you injured it, it is spreading because other muscles were involved, though it didn't show up until now and they are now swelling up. Take some ibuprofen to help with the swelling and pain.

First, learn to spell, then see a doc, pain is a warning sign, get to a doc soon and make them take you seriously, need a friend I am here doc's are a pain

hey, i suggest you see a physical therapist (i am one too, by way, but too far from anywhere) or a doctor. they will examine you, tell you if there's a physical problem. treatment depends on what kind of injury you had, if any... may be drugs, exercise, or etc.
