I need the brown sauce to go with chicken chop.. instead of buying it from the supermaket shelf..

EASY CARAMEL ROLLS

3 tubes Pillsbury buttermilk or regular biscuits
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Simple cinnamon & sugar mixture

CARAMEL SAUCE:

1/3 c. cream
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts in bottom. Place 1 tube biscuits evenly in pan, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat two more times with other tubes of biscuits; set aside. In saucepan, mix cream, butter and brown sugar. Heat until comes to a boil. Pour over biscuits. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown on top. Leave in pan 5 minutes. Tip out and serve. Very quick and easy.

Make a roux. Butter, Flour, Stock. Brown one tablespoon of butter, add one tablespoon of flour, cook until you get an almond essence, then incorporate one cup of stock-beef. Cook until bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Enhance your brown sauce by adding in herbs of choice to compliment your chicken.

1)(continental way)make roux(flour&fat).cook it untill you get brown colour/colour of your choice.then add chicken stock to it.u can add other veg like beans,carrots,peas,other veg of your choice.
2)(indian way{spicy})brown sauce is made by sauteing the onion till dark brown colour is obtained..according to the dish you can add other items like garlic,ginger,tomatoes,beans,etc.
tip- further u can add dried red chilli powder to give it a further reddish/brown look.
