I'm not being judgemental, I'm not sterotyping, I'm not trying to offend anyone. I'm just stating what is true. And would like to know why it is true. The majority of those crimminals are WHITE, percentage wise and number wise.

Hello. whites get lower sentences or none at all. And the prison population is still mostly white. I have family members that are state police and cook county sherrifs who work in cook county jail in Chicago. I get my stats from them and from reliable sources. A lot of the prison population is in there for petty crimes like stealing or possesion. I'm talking about MURDER, CHILD ABUSE, SERIAL KILLERS!!
GACY DAHMER type people. Just watch the news. I see white people moving their kids to black schools for security. Crazy white people shooting up schools, work place, stores. And you blame the colored people for your problems.

Not all white people are serial killers, child abusers, and murderers! I am sick of this already...
Not all Japanese are excellent in math! My friend is Japanese and she is average and laughs at anyone who think this of her!!
Not all black are criminals! Some of them are actually intelligent and nice people!
Not all muslims are terrorists... I went to college with some of them, they are good people!
Educate yourself!

Perhaps that is true in relation to the numbers in total population. Due to the Caucasian race making up the vast majority of the population you will find, of course, that they will have a higher number of offenders. Caucasians do make up the vast percentage of serial killers, for whatever reason. If you look at percentages as it relates to individual racial groups for the other crimes you mentioned, I don't believe it will be the same. Some minority groups won't call the police and report offenses like child abuse,for whatever reason (most likely because they don't trust us). In my city, Hispanic offenders lead the pack for homicides, then African Americans, and then Caucasians.
Anyhow, I'm not sure what your source for your statement is, but it ain't just a "cracker" thing.

Do you have any evidence to back up your claims? If so, links to any of that evidence would be a good thing to include in your question. But honestly, I don't think you have any evidence.
From the reading on the subject that I have done, yes, it appears the majority of documented serial killers are white males. But as for your other claims, I have personal experience to say that they are not true.
I have been the lead or assisting detective on dozens of child abuse (physical and sexual abuse) cases. And in that experience I've seen a pretty even balance of white and black offenders, with the occassional hispanic offender.
I've also been involved in investigating several murder cases, and, again, there's a pretty even balance of white and black offenders. I've also seen a couple of hispanic offenders on these.
With both the child abuse and murder cases, the ratio of white/black/hispanic offenders is about the same as the ratio of white/black/hispanic people in the general population for my city. I would guess that this holds true for pretty much everywhere.
Next time, try to think and research before rattling off random theories on social phenomena.

IT'S THE MEDIA!!you just don't hear about the others 'cause certain people find EXCUSES for these deviants,i come from a mixed family and every man in it except2 were degenerate perverts that preyed on all the female children,and it would get sweept under the rugwith chimes of "do you know what the indians have been through?of life is hard for a half black man,don't tell ,it's your fault(oh i'm so sorry for being sexy at 3)and my sisters were seducing you with that bottle dangling out of their mouth. as far as killers i know 4uncles and a grandfather were,and only one of them was white.

I was going to respond in another form, but I took a breath first. I think that this question is quite racist in it's present form. I know that if the question were worded for any other ethnic background, there would be all kinds of outrage, yet people tend to look the other way when the word "white" is mentioned. There are scumbags of every race, sex, religion, etc. in this world. Too many if you ask me. We should focus on stopping these type of heinous crimes, not blame particular races for them !!

Do you mean percentage-wise of in absolute numbers? In absolute numbers, it's because there are more white people. In percentage numbers, black people have higher rates in all of those.
