Goodnes Yes! They have all of the answers and the rest of us are lost idiots that they feel superior to. Who was it that said something like most of the world's problems are b/c "The wise are filled with doubt and the ignorant are c@*k-sure?" It's pitiful b/c I don't think most of these dim-wits realize that they repulse the very ppl they wish to reach/convert. The self-righteous preaching of child-minded, fairy tales about some big, old man with a beard watching us and caring (i.e., players praying before a game?!) about our every move nasueating! Occassionally I get the urge to show one how God blessed me with athletic abilities by slamming a baseball bat upside his/her clueless noggin. FYI ppl take some of the "questions" asked by the poster named "hardtrack". Very little questioning and a lot of inflamatory holy-rolling God-talk, bashing of democrats...and this lovely inquiry "If blacks had never been ripped from the bosom of Mother Africa? Would we have the incredible crime rate we have, now?" Turning this answer board into kkk/skinhead pep rally...Racists are some sneaky sob's I'll give them that. Oh and he's been reported.

We should be ashamed to call God names, should'nt we ? because God cannot be defined by a name or a concept.

We all believe, irrespective of our religion that the God we believe in created the world, and everything in it.If we do not accept this we are admitting another creator and God for those other people, and our God becomes a part-God .
If we believe that our God created the Universe and everything and everyone in it, then why are we fighting people who do not know about our concept of God, but are the creations of the same God?

What we should be doing is - knowing that everyone and everything - we know, and do not know are created by our god, and that He would be angry if we hurt any one of His creations in a false bid to glorify Him! (Stupid are we not?)
To top it all; we kill each other in a bid to get the right to define God our Creator,by calling him names and defining him!!
Are we not trying to be more than God when we are attempting to define Him and confine His activities to people who believe in our definition of him?

can we completely, or even attempt to define God with our limited language and brain

The point is; let us not create God or Gods - it is the other way around Right? It is God who created us. Let us believe that God knows everything without our having to tell Him what to do! With an attitude of surrender -with the realization that God is beyond the capacity of our teeny brain to grasp, Let us live life as a celeberation of God's love, in having created us and this woderful world-let us regain the paradise that God gave us instead of trying to put Our Creator(by whatever name) in a capsule, and fighting like pack dogs for our right to sell him like street hawkers

Do your eyes glaze over when people claim that God doesn't exist, isn't real, is a myth?

No. He really is, based on what I believe.
Does that make your eyes glaze over?
Sorry! It's your own call. Believe what you wish.
