I'm looking to spend around $1000-$1300 a month and we have 3 dogs. Any ideas on how to find a nice place that will rent to us? We have perfect credit and stuff.

I should mention that I am in Milwaukee right now and we're moving, so we only have a short trip at the end of the month to go rent a place and then come back with all of our stuff.
