Google menopause & read up on it. Talk to other adults like teachers & counselors etc. Realize humans go thru transitions where hormones might make them do crazy things.

Hopefully it's temporary...please take care of yourself & talk this problem out. When your parent/s are in a good mood, see if you can talk about what is bothering you.

First tell them you love them & give them two compliments. Then gently bring up certain things that scare you. Finally back off if they become agitated as in potentially violent.

Good luck!!

Only Mom suffers the effects of menopause. The only good sure way to help relive against the deadly hot flashes is to change your diet to a more vegetarian diet and eating more soy products, to keep the weight down and lastly to drink lots of water, juice and green tea.

Good Luck.

I feel your pain. Try to be understanding I guess. When the craziness starts try to remember it's not really directed at you. Make yourself scarce. Don't argue. Get a job and get out of the house as much and as soon as possible. Good luck friend....

Cope in what respect? You aren't going through it.

Have they seen a doctor? There are plenty of medications that can help.
