Say that they both don't want relationships and they agreed to it, as they both just got out of long-term ones, yet he calls her because he says he wants to be able to trust her? And then he says that next time they hang out maybe they shouldn't fool around because she might have an STD even though she doesn't!? But then he is always the one to touch her....she doesn't touch him first, ever. Why does he call her just to ask about trust and her past boyfriends?

Ok, and then he looks in her closet and all over her apartment and asks if she has condoms, and she says no. And he says "good." And she asks, why, because it means she's not having sex? And he says, yes...it makes no sense to me.
