Say that they both don't want relationships and they agreed to it, as they both just got out of long-term ones, yet he calls her because he says he wants to be able to trust her? And then he says that next time they hang out maybe they shouldn't fool around because she might have an STD even though she doesn't!? But then he is always the one to touch her....she doesn't touch him first, ever. Why does he call her just to ask about trust and her past boyfriends?

Ok, and then he looks in her closet and all over her apartment and asks if she has condoms, and she says no. And he says "good." And she asks, why, because it means she's not having sex? And he says, yes...it makes no sense to me.

Because he wants to manipulate her into feeling bad about herself. He's hoping that she'll start 'needing' him and he can get what he want without committing to her.
Next time he asks something in a derogatory way, she ought to tell him to go away and don't the door hit him on the way out.

Um, because you two are fooling around and he doesn't want an STD.
He figures if you're having fun with him, you maybe having fun with other men. Hence the STD part. He wants to know how sexually active you are outside of what you do with him.
Frankly he should just ask, but an honest answer probably will not change his mind anyway.

wow i guy with some brains. not saying u have an std, but it's kinda different now days for a guy to care. maybe he likes u and he's scared or nervous or something like that. you both should get tested just to make things safe and then u both would know that you are clean.

This guy seems to like head games. If you don't want a relationship with this guy then be a little more firm and tell him. it doesn't matter if you have condoms or not. He was looking becasue it seems like he want you. He seems very scared and not ready for a girlfriend. If you want try to be friends but if I were you I wouldn't get in a relationship with him. Too many issues right now.
