Yes it is cheating unless you have discussed it with Corey and he is ok with you being with someone else. Anytime you introduce someone else into your relationship with the consent of your gf/bf you are cheating.

if you haven't acted in any way on your feelings for her, than no it's not cheating. If you're really that interested, why don't you talk to your boyfriend about it, you might find that he may be interested too.
