Could be allergies. He could be allergic to food like milk, wheat, hops, or other items. Or it could be indoor or outdoor polution. Has he moved to a new place or has he done any remodelling like new carpets? Indoor polution (chemicals) can cause great headaches.

Hello,
In our state they took the good drug out of our over the counter sinus meds. I went to my doctor and got a prescription for the same meds I bought over the counter a year ago......
Have him go to the doctor, tell him I feel his pain!

fluid (WATER, not alcohol - do it like in the hospitals - we clean your skin with alcohol and give you water to drink)

pain relief - paracetamol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen or something similar

Antihistamine (claratyne or phenergan or something)

Put him to bed and get him to sleep.

Sounds like: sinusitis/conjunctivitis? - are his eyes weepy and discharging pus? If they are very bad get him to a doctor - he might need antibiotic drops.
