Milk can be toxic to many people. Most of the population is allergic to milk and dairy products without knowing it. This unseen food allergy can cause acne, depression, and other diseases. Homogenized milk is especially toxic because the fat molecules are so denatured during the process. In addition to this, due to unscrupulous "legal" farming practices, that glass of milk also contains hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, and other toxins. If you do not have an adverse reaction to dairy, you would do well to purchase a low-fat, organic (not fed ground animal parts, hormones, steroids, ect.) , non-homogenized version. Also, a helpful note: Contrary to popular belief, milk is not the best source of calcium. Where do you think cows get their calcium from? Vegetation! Buy yourself a juicer and juice some organic kale and collard greens- a much better, healthier source of calcium!

i dunno. some people say it is some people say it isn't. if you think about it... why DO we drink cows milk... we don't drink cats milk or horse milk or dog milk or donkey milk or anteater milk (i don't even know if they HAVE milk) but my point is.. who came up with the idea to drink animal milk.. and why cow's milk? is it closest to human milk? personally, i love milk.. and i drink it. maybe 1-2 times a day.. i try to drink water more than anything.. and i like soymilk better because it has more protien and less fat. BUT, i really do love the taste of milk.. mmmm yummy. now for those who are lactose intolerant.. definitely toxic. i dunno.. it probably is.. but i'll continue to drink it anyways.. just like i'm pretty sure half the stuff i eat, no matter how healthy i might think it is, is still toxic.. but i still eat it anyways

Human beings are the only living species that will drink another species milk. The cows/goats/sheeps/whatevers milk is not naturally designed for us to drink.
For that reason, I choose not to drink milk.

Unpastuerized milk can be harmful - e coli in particular can be transmitted that way. Also, if you're lactose intolerant or allergic to milk it could be harmful. Otherwise, no it safe to drink. Anyways, it sure is safer than tap water.

It's only toxic if it's got hormones in it. Alot of dairy farmers put the hormones it in so the cows grow faster. Any "organic" milk is very good for you.
