What ever this means it is flagged as to high. I am worried that it could be something wrong.

It means Lymphocytes
It probably means you have a viral illness

(I am assuming you have a halfway decent doctor who would tell you if there is something worse wrong with your lymphocyte count like if you have lymphoma or leukaemia)

CALL the lab that did the bloodwork or the doctor if it was 'run' there. I don't know what country you are in and the abbreviation could be different from the US. Don't mess around with asking here. Of course, the doctor would have told you if it was real bad. Or should anyway.
Could it be LYM-phocytes? They are white blood cells that accumulate when there is an injury or chronic irritation.
