Although there are a kazillion choices on the food networks and web sites, any sweet bread recipe will do. From there just roll it out and sprinkle your filling in: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Roll it up, slice it into 2" slices and bake. Confectioner's sugar and a few drops of water makes a simple icing.
