Follow your heart and mind you never know ten, fifteen years from now you might be telling people you married you high school sweet heart. You better move quickly before somebody else grab her you know there's an old saying nobody want nothing nobody else want. Hint: Somebody else just might be watching her.

If she knows this fact that u r younger to her, than tell, you like to listen to her. She will feel honoured n respected. And keep a mature talk for sometime and ask her out.
