I have been trying to see a dentist for about a month..no one wants to help me because i have no money. My bottom tooth has an infection that has spread into my face and ear. Some dentists are real assholes...my advice for you would be to try and see a different dentist. After all, a 2nd opinion wouldn't hurt.

Do you also have pains righ under your ears in the joints? If so, then it's probably TMJ (see source). I used to have TMJ with similar symptoms. The cause of TMJ is that you are biting down and grinding your jaws when you are sleeping and could be caused by stress.
