Her depression has been pervasive on and off since her late teens and has never been treated. She is at a breaking point. Any direction is greatly appreciated. She is considering short term disability through her employer to give this full and proper attention for a concentrated period of time. Thank you.

If it rather is a facility that's open to the well-known public--i.e., every physique can "drop in"--then the police have as lots good to be there as every physique else. even nonetheless, if there are factors that are actually not open to the well-known public--e.g., you will desire to have team approval to be there--then it rather is unlawful for every physique, inclusive of the police absent a warrant or exigent circumstances, to overlook approximately a call for that they circulate away. (Pen C 602(o).) in case you tell them the section isn't open to the well-known public and ask them to circulate away, and that they decline to accomplish that and have no warrant, i might first ***** to their using enterprise. If that would not remedy the situation you will desire to prefer to hire an lawyer to look for damages and an injunction prohibiting destiny violations.
