Ok, only people that eat colt cut sandwich need apply. When you order a sandwich, what order do you expect the sandwich to go

B = BREAD
M = MEAT
Y = MAYO
V = VEGATABLE
C = CHEESE

The proper order for a sandwich is BYMCVB - bread, then mayo, then meat, then cheese, then vegetable, then bread.

The purpose of mayo is so the sandwich is not dry. I have this moron that makes it like this BMVCYB you cant have mayo and cheese together, that is nasty. What does everyone else think, please, this is very important.

Any food is good food. I think you have the right to have a sandwich made anyway you like. I dont like it when they give you attitude for expressing how you want a sandwich made

I absolutely agree with you. I can't stand dry bread so I always put the mayo directly on the bread slices. Then the meat (because I usually have a bit of mustard with the mayo and i love the flavor of the meat with the "sauce") followed by cheese, veggies and bread. I will note, that I prefer the tomato THEN the lettuce - so that the lettuce is next to the bread and the tomato is "hidden" because otherwise it makes the sandwich soggy.

Happy sandwich making/eating... it's my very favorite thing to make for lunch! :)

PS: mayo on bread is how i was taught at the bagel shop i used to work at...

It really doesn't matter because if you kindly flip the sandwhich over it will be in the opposite order anyway. If you don't want the mayo and the cheese to meet take it off your sandwhich. And kindly make your own crap at home. People like you make the world of food service horrible for the employees.

there is what is considered proper and what you like. If you are a slave to tradition then your way is OK. IF not the way another likes it is just as good to them. To me i cant understand why people put mayo on a hot sandwich, such as a chicken sandwich or hamburger. But once again that is just the way i don't like it but others do. items and order is a matter of personal choice and preference..

if i made this sandwich that would be:

bread
mayo
meat
vegetable
cheese
mayo
bread

i'd use mayo on both slices of bread. maybe would add some in between just to hold sandwich. but after all i don't think it matters because it's a sandwich so you eat all the ingredieants togeter, not one after another. you chew them and mix them in your mouth. so what's the difference which order they're placed in the sandwich.

I expect: Bread, mayo (lots), cheese and meat.
BMCM (no veggie)

YES, and that is why I always tell the employee the "correct order that I want my sandwich.

I think that a BMVCYB would be nasty. So I'd go with the BYMCVB - that usually seems to be what you get when you go to the deli for a sandwich. But I think maybe BYMCV would be fine as well. But I'm not that particular. I'd eat a BMVCYB as long as it didn't have excess mayonaisse - that's one thing I can't stand!
