I take only 2.5 mg. of Zyprexa & on 3 or 4 different occasions - I wet in my pants & on bed ---without Waking Up; I think I sleep too hard sometimes due to Zyprexa! also, my sis takes Seroquel & told me today that she's done the same thing recently; i think she takes 100 mg. of Seroquel per day but she was prescribed 3 times that amount of it! She says she's NEVER done that before and I had never wet the bed - before taking Zyprexa! Did that happen to you if you took either of these anti-psychotic med's? any comments?

Don't be afraid of asking that question because it is actually a smart one. I am 46 and take 600 milligrams of Seroquel before I go to bed. Both drugs put you in such a deep sleep that you cannot help wetting the bed. Most of the time like 98% of the time I will wake up and go to the bathroom but there is always that 2% that you cannot help yourself with. The answer to your question is yes definitely it puts you into such a sound sleep that you can't help it.
Don't worry and Good Luck. Since I answered this question I have had the unlucky same thing that you have. I have wet the bed two nights in a row on Seroquel. I have also noticed after I take it I start to hear voices. I have to call the doctor on that one I have been on this for about 5 years and never had any problems with it now I am a mess. We must be normal though

I have done the opposite, so to speak.

I'm on a very low dose of Seroquel, and I have found myself sleep-eating every once in a while. Part of me knows I'm kind of awake because that's what's guiding me to some particular food, but I had been halfway asleep before I realized I was walking to the refrigerator and out of bed.

This was, by the way, happening most likely because I have been doing an extreme diet regimen, and sometimes I don't realize how hungry I must have been. I know this because when I wake up after eating so late, I've still been able to lose half a pound or so in a day.

Don't feel alone - it has happened to many people. Myself included. I am on Seroquel and the doctor put me on too high of a dose and so I slept too hard to wake myself up once or twice. So I went to my doctor and he reduced the dosage and it hasn't happened since. I would recommend that you talk to your doctor and have your dosage adjusted and it will stop happening.
