besides the typical answer : find a new one ...here's a ffew other suggestions... it would help if you had closure...you didn't write how you guys broke up so I can't really give you much advice what you should do about closure but if you have any unfinished business you should try and talk about it with your ex so that you know you did everything in your power ... on a different note, music helped me get over my ex...I hope some of that helps ...and keep in mind that it's not the end of the world...there's planty of fish in the sea

Time is a big part of it. Try your best to steer clean of them too, not seeing them helps a lot. Go out with friends that will help you think of other things. And in the meanwhile try to find someone else. Make sure you don't settle for anyone less than you deserve though. Good Luck hun!!!

I've found the only way is to completely cut them out of your life, destroy all evidince, take their number off your phone, their sn off your BL, etc, It takes time though

This takes time. My suggestion is to make sure you don't see them. Seeing them just brings up the feelings again.
