Fire , or if you cant do that a small amount of bleach , and a lot of sunlight . ( this of course would only desolve the image. )

I was like that, too. Age 9 I was about a foot taller than every other kid. I was the height of teachers in 4th grade. But then I sort of plateaued and everyone else caught up. Growth spurts are like that is all. If you're in doubt about being "normal" then take a look at old family photos and inquire with both parents about all the people in the family. Not just your Father's height, but your uncles (both sides) and grandparents. If anybody has photos going back to the next generation it would help. If you spot a few tall guys in there then that's your answer. It's excellent that you're tall. It's a good thing! Nothing to worry about. Ask your Mum who was tall in her side of the family..uncles..brothers..great~great uncles. Do the same with any relative you can get your hands on! Your relatives will love to go down memory lane and tell you who was tall and how he was athletic..or got all the girls..or whatever. It'll be fun for them. It's the holidays and you'll likely be seeing extended family so now's the time to get your answers.

When you say safely, are you concerned about hurting yourself or do you mean environmentally sound? Destroying it implies rendering it useless. You can do this chemically (drop it in bleach or hydrochloric acid); mechanically (cut it up or pound it with a hammer). But disposing of the remains is what may not be "safe" from an environmental point of view. Given the amount of possible toxicity, I'd simply dig a hole and bury it. In about a thousand or so years, I would guess microbes would have changed it enough so that anything recognizable was absent.

There are many ways. Burning it is most peoples way but there are chemicals in it that you probably should not breathe. Cutting it into little peices still lets the chemicals out but you can wear gloves. My best answer for that would be a paper shredder that also shreds thick things such as credit cards.

From your degree of concern (I wonder what horrible acts are portrayed there), I would recommend first shredding it and then getting in touch with the Russians, who will, for a small fee of course (like $1 million), eject it into the cold stillness of space.

Fire is always good. You could also use a confetti shredder.
